Facilization

Facilization was founded in 2009 in Tirana, Albania, as an IT services and software company focused on delivering end-to-end solutions for banks and financial services institutions.

Building on a strong team of experienced professionals, many with deep backgrounds in the financial industry we took a major step forward in 2014 by launching our own proprietary software. Our products cover key banking domains including risk management, regulatory reporting, and debt collection, with advanced automation of legal and recovery processes for non-performing exposures (NPEs).

In 2017, we expanded our footprint by establishing a wholly owned subsidiary in Malta, strengthening our presence across Malta and wider European markets. Since then, Facilization has implemented, migrated, customised, and integrated core and digital banking systems in seven European countries. Today, our RegTech and FinTech solutions are actively used by 11 banks across Europe, and we continue to invest in evolving and expanding our proprietary product portfolio.
