Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead client projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll guide teams, oversee progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the highest quality. Your leadership will directly shape customer satisfaction and contribute to Facilization’s impact in the financial technology space.
Accountabilities:
- Keeping projects on track, within scope, on time, and on budget.
- Managing scope changes and aligning expectations with stakeholders.
- Driving customer satisfaction and contributing to high NPS results.
- Ensure that deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- In collaboration with Team Leaders, maximize efficiency on resource utilization to positively contribute on Productivity/Profit per Employee (PPE) ratio

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study (i.e., Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are an advantage.

- Proven working experience in project management
- Experience with project management software tools
- Previous experience in financial/banking sector is a plus
