Job Posting Rules
Effective date: 1 December 2025
These Job Posting Rules (“Rules”) apply to all employers, recruiters, agencies, and any other entity (“you” or “Job Poster”) that posts or distributes job advertisements on www.hire.talent.al and the Hire platform (collectively the “Platform”).
By posting a job on Hire, you accept these Rules. Failure to comply may result in the immediate removal of the job advertisement, reduction of its visibility, suspension, or permanent termination of your account – without any refund of fees paid.
1. Only Real Jobs Are Allowed
The Platform is exclusively for genuine, paid employment opportunities. You are not permitted to post:
- Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid, or commission-only schemes (unless a guaranteed base salary is clearly stated)
- Unpaid internships, volunteer positions, or any other unpaid roles
- Franchise, business-for-sale, or “own-your-own-business” opportunities
- Casting calls, modeling/acting auditions, or talent-agency promotions
- Surveys, focus groups, or market-research participation
- Any advertisement that does not represent an actual employment opportunity
2. Job Transparency and Accuracy
Every job posting and all communication with candidates must be clear, honest, and accurate. You must ensure that:
- The job actually exists and is currently open at the time of posting
- Job title, description, responsibilities, requirements, location, working hours, and compensation (or salary range) accurately reflect the real position
- Industry-standard language is used so qualified candidates can easily understand the role
- Any mandatory information required by Albanian law (e.g., salary range if required in the future, type of contract, working hours) is clearly displayed
3. Prohibited Practices
You must never:
- Require candidates to register or create an account on a third-party site just to view the full job description
- Ask candidates to pay any fee, training cost, equipment cost, or any other payment to you or a third party
- Include illegal, discriminatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, violent, or sexually exploitative content or links
- Include irrelevant keywords (“keyword stuffing”) in the title or description to manipulate search results
- Request or require photographs, videos, marital status, ID/passport copies, or other unnecessary personal data at the initial application stage (unless strictly required by law for the specific role)
- Include personal contact details (e.g., personal phone numbers or private email addresses) of individuals in the job description
- Advertise products, services, or anything unrelated to an employment opportunity
4. Compliance with Albanian and International Law
You are solely responsible for ensuring that every job posting complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Albanian Labour Code (Law No. 136/2015 as amended) and anti-discrimination provisions
- Law No. 9887/2008 on Protection of Personal Data (as amended and aligned with GDPR)
- Equal treatment laws prohibiting discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, political beliefs, social status, or any other protected characteristic
- Any legal requirements on salary transparency, contract type disclosure, or working conditions
- International sanctions (you may not post roles located in or for entities subject to EU, USA, or UN sanctions)
In particular, you must not:
- Discriminate or include any requirement that directly or indirectly discriminates on any ground protected by law
- Exclude candidates with prior criminal convictions unless this is a lawful and justified requirement for the specific role (e.g., certain regulated professions)
- Require Albanian or any specific citizenship unless legally mandated for the position
5. Review and Enforcement
- We may review job postings before or after they go live. We are not obliged to review every posting.
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, remove, or request changes to any posting that breaches these Rules or applicable law.
- Repeated or serious violations may lead to immediate and permanent suspension of your account without refund.
6. Changes to these Rules
We may update these Job Posting Rules at any time. The new version will be published on the Platform with the updated effective date. Your continued use of Hire after any changes means you accept the updated Rules.
